Responsibilities Our client is seeking a Japanese Speaking Accounting Manager based near Parramatta. This role requires an individual with strong finance management and good organizational skill.
The key responsibilities will be: Review and approve payments and transactions
Review and approve accounts reconciliations
Prepare and review journal and ledger entries
Liaise with management team to prepare quarterly forecasts and an annual budget
Interpret financial information and provide commercial commentary
Develop process improvements to streamline reporting
Responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting on profitability
Responsible for providing insights into company expenditure
Prepare financial reports for the organisation, including a profit and loss statement
Interpret and comply with financial legislation, including tax legislation
Your Profile In order to be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and strengths:
Similar experience in accounting
CPA or CA holder preferred
Japanese language skill is a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders is essential
High attention to detail
Ability to work within a team and flexibility to take on various duties
