As a Recruitment Consultant in the Accounting and Finance team you would be joining one of our thriving desks and specialise in recruiting across multiple industries in the BtoC and BtoB and Financial Services.
You will be recruiting for Mid to Senior level roles such as Application Developers, Infrastructure Specialists, Solution Architects, etc.
This is a well established recruitment environment with a client base for you to engage with from day one and a great career path.
Your role as a Recruitment Consultant Achieving monthly and quarterly fee targetsSourcing candidates through advertising, search and networkingBusiness development activity targeting new and existing clients, including research, canvass calls, and quality callsDeveloping and maintaining an expert knowledge of the specialist sector and market recruited inEnsuring that all clients and candidates receive the highest possible level of serviceCompleting all candidate and client information on database systemWhat We Are Looking For2-3 years previous recruitment experienceProven experience of working in agency recruitmentStrong organisational skills: the role will require the individual to 'multi-task'Outstanding communication and influencing/interpersonal skillsProfessional/self-motivated demeanour and attitude, a team playerEntrepreneurial spirit and confident attitude - thrives on working under pressure and to tight deadlinesHave to currently be based in AustraliaWhat You Get In Return
