THE OPPORTUNITY Partner-level executive position to lead and manage a team of senior accountants, oversee client relationships and contribute to the strategic growth of the business. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage a team of senior accountants
Develop and foster long-term client relationships
Oversee financial and credit strategies for client portfolios
Play a pivotal role in business development and client acquisition
Collaborate closely with senior management and partners
Influence and implement business strategy
EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 8+ years' experience in tax/business services management in a CA/CPA firm
Proven leadership and people management skills
Strong client relationship and stakeholder management experience
Strategic mindset with aspirations to become a Partner
