The Role As the Accounting and Administration Manager, you will manage all aspects of accounting, finance, payroll, and administrative support. The Person For this role, we are seeking a detail-oriented individual with proven bookkeeping expertise, proficiency in MYOB and other accounting software, exceptional data entry skills, a degree or certificate in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, excellent communication abilities, a commitment to confidentiality, and hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software. Key Responsibilities Payroll processing for approximately 120 full-time, part-time, and casual staff. Management of payroll tax obligations in NSW, Queensland, and Victoria. Preparation of monthly financial reports. Calculation and completion of the Quarterly BAS and PAYG withholding. Payment and administration of workers compensation obligations.
