You will be reporting to the Finance Manager and assisting in various accounting and administration duties.DescriptionThe key responsibilities will be:Accounting:Recording expenses, bank reconciliation and preparing monthly General Journal entries for closing/allocation/correctionsAccounts receivable - Investigating, following up and processing of outstanding claims, credit notes and overdue invoicesPreparing and processing weekly paymentAll freight invoice check against sales and internal transferEOM Adjustment accrual, prepayment, customer depositTimely and accurate processing of invoicesEnsure supporting documents and approvals are obtainedBe the first point of contact for any client invoice queries and come to a resolution with the clientSales AdminAnswering calls and emails to resolve any issues or provide customer service.Processing sales ordersEnsuring that purchase orders/invoices are matched correctly by number and vendorResolving order and inventory problems by investigating data and historyGenerating and preparing meeting reports and sales reportsChecking and issuing service invoiceGeneral AffairsMaintaining supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipts; stocking items; and delivering supplies to workstations.Performing administrative and office support activities directed by managementAssisting the Administration Manager in providing advice and information to staff on company policies and proceduresMaintain and update WHS policy.Attend the WHS meeting and document the minutes.IT supportProfileIn order to be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and strengths:Similar experience in accounting and administrationJapanese language skills will be highly regardedExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders is essentialHigh attention to detailAbility to work within a team and flexibility to take on various duties.Job OfferPlease register your interest in this role by forwarding your resume via the apply now button.
