The Accounting Administrations Officer will assist with the full accounts payable and accounts receivable process and identify areas for efficiency and improvements.
You will be a team player, have a great eye for detail, and enjoy the analysis aspect that comes with this role.
Responsibilities: Processing basic and routine functions related to Accounts Payable and/or Account Receivable including invoicing, processing of payments, performing bank reconciliations, attending to internal and external account queries and preparing related documentation and correspondence.
Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Skills: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment and work autonomously with minimal supervision.
