To be successful: A minimum 3 years' experience in an accounting practice.Successful completion of tertiary qualification at an Australian university, holding at least a Bachelor's Degree with a major in accounting.Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) qualification.Proven experience in delivering accounting, taxation services and advisory services for the appropriate level.Progressive experience with increasing responsibility within a public accounting firm is preferred.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor junior staff for the more senior roles.Demonstrated technical skills for the appropriate level.Familiarity with accounting software and financial management tools.Proficiency in managing multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines and client expectations.Stay current with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.High level of integrity and a team player.High level of problem-solving and analytical abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.If you're ready to make your mark in a team that thrives on growth, innovation, and client success, join us on this exciting journey.
