About the Role:
Prepare financial accounts and tax returns with precision and accuracy.Manage the preparation of activity statements and SMSF fund reporting and tax obligations.Assist in delivering top-tier professional services to clients, offering guidance and support to junior staff.Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and professionalism.Handle reconciliation and preparation of work papers, ensuring all details align perfectly.Complete compliance work as required, working closely with the Team Leader.Liaise with clients on all relevant matters, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
The Ideal Candidate:Minimum of 4 years of experience in business services/tax within Public Practice.Experience with accounting and taxation software such as Xero, MYOB, and XPM.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.Technical proficiency and sound compliance knowledge, with competency in using Excel.A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to learn and develop.A positive attitude and a willingness to grow as part of a progressive, supportive team.
