A North-Hobart based public practice firm are looking for a qualified accountant to join them permanently. Your new company An independent accounting firm are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. This firm has grown to provide specialist services while still providing general accounting advice to a wide range of clients. Your new role As an Accountant, you will be responsible for a range of financial activities and will provide personal and tailored support to the firm's clients. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing financial statements, tax plans and tax returns. Provide experienced, pragmatic advice to individuals and small business entities. Provide SMSF advice & superannuation advice, including administration services. General accounting work including providing services to a variety of business clients. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience working in Australian public practice accounting firms. CA/CPA qualified. Excellent communication skills. Previous experience or in-depth knowledge of self-managed superannuation funds.
