Key Duties & Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts including entry of property management trial balances and reconciliation of balance sheet accountsPreparation of business activity statements for fundsAssist with year-end audit process for all funds and corporate entitiesAssist the team with preparation of IFRS financial reports and cashflow statementsAssist with debt facility complianceThis role is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-renowned property investor, working alongside experienced accountants, and gaining exposure to multiple asset classes across Aus and NZ.
