Key Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts including entry of property management trial balances and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts Preparation of business activity statements for funds Assist with year-end audit process for all funds and corporate entities Assist the team with preparation of IFRS financial reports and cashflow statements Assist with debt facility compliance This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-renowned property investor, working alongside experienced accountants, and gaining exposure to multiple asset classes across Aus and NZ.
