We are looking for an Accountant & Office Admin to join our WA team.
Role responsibilities: Operate Account Software (XERO), including general and sub-ledger management and interaction. Process payroll. Monitor/check Bookkeeping. Issue invoices. Issue quotes and purchase orders. Handle reimbursements. Register assets. Prepare and monitor cash flow. Be responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries. Document financial transactions by entering account information. Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements. Prepare general financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. Maintain internal accounting systems. Maintain all office/warehouse supplies as required. Provide general administrative support when required. Support upper management and assist with operational tasks as required. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required. At least three years of relevant accounting experience is required. High skill level in Microsoft Office software is required. Good language skills in English are essential. Driver's license and own vehicle are preferred. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize work. Reliable, punctual, efficient, and self-motivated. Full-time work rights in Australia. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
Benefits: Salary packaging. Schedule: 8 hour shift. Monday to Friday. Work Authorisation: Australia (Required). Work Location: In person
