The business advocates for a fun and balanced work environment with hybrid working and flexible hours, yearly team getaways, health & wellbeing allowance, and learning and development workshops.Job DescriptionPreparation of reconciliations including general ledger/balance sheet and bank reconciliationsMonitoring and analysing accounting data and producing financial reportsAssisting with quarterly forecasts and budgetsEnsuring compliance with tax regulations, preparing tax returns, and advising on tax planning strategiesCoordinating and assisting with the completion of annual auditsOverseeing the daily operations of the accounting departmentReviewing supplier invoices on a daily basis, ensuring matching to supporting documentsThe Successful ApplicantThe successful Accountant should have:A degree in accounting, finance or related field3-4 years' experience in Accounting - open to Assistant Accountants looking for a step-upExperience in a larger MNC environmentExperience working with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Dynamics365, Pronto, JDE)Excellent communication and teamwork skills - ability to partner with non-finance stakeholdersWhat's on OfferGenerous health & wellbeing allowanceA supportive and collaborative work environmentFlexible workingOnsite parkingOpportunities for continuous professional growth and development
