Job Description The Accountant position can be worked on a hybrid basis but will be based from the Springfield location. Key responsibilities include:
Reconciliations across General Ledger, Bank Accounts, Corporate Credit Cards, and Departmental BankingProcessing of all month-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations as requiredManagement of the Fixed Asset registerComplete statutory requirements including Payroll Tax, BAS, and WorkcoverFBT tracking and Annual returnPayroll - oversight and checking of fortnightly and weekly runsAccurately manage the year-end account accrualsOther tasks as required by the Finance Manager and detailed on the PDThe Successful Applicant A successful Accountant should have:
