As an Accountant, you will play an essential role in maintaining the integrity of our financial operations while collaborating with a small, dedicated team in a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative culture.
About the Role Reporting directly to the CFO, you will assist in managing the financial records for our business and investment entities.
This hybrid role offers flexibility, and your main responsibility will be to process daily transactions, maintain accounting records, and prepare accurate financial statements.
Your technical expertise will guide our financial processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities Manage Xero accounting software for various business and investment entities, including invoice processing, journal entries, and inter-entity loan reconciliations.Assist the CFO in preparing year-end financial reports, monthly and quarterly business activity statements, and income tax compliance tasks.Support timely month-end closings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Manage accruals, prepayments, and general journal postings.Provide ad-hoc support to the CFO and other team members on various projects and tasks.Candidate Profile We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications and attributes:
