Key Responsibilities:
Accurately prepare and maintain comprehensive financial records and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to ensure that all transactions are correctly recorded, and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing detailed insights and recommendations to support effective decision-making.
Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting processes, tracking financial performance against targets and suggesting necessary adjustments.
Ensure adherence to accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements to maintain accurate and compliant financial practices.
Assist with internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and addressing any queries from auditors.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the financial operations and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Work closely with various departments to support financial planning, analysis, and overall business operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
