Findex is currently seeking an Accountant to join our business advisory team in Warragul OR Bunyip. Findex is building an agile workplace with a focus on empowering our people to work in a way that best meets their needs, and those of their team and clients.
What will your typical week look like? Assist in preparing business advice and/or producing complex special purpose reports for clients. Prepare financial statements, reconciliations and tax returns for companies, partnerships, trusts and a range of individual businesses. Liaising with various providers and statutory authorities on behalf of clients. Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within public practice. Relevant degree majoring in Accounting. CA or CPA qualification or be working towards this. Strong Excel skills and practical experience with cloud accounting products (i.e., Xero, MYOB).
