We are seeking an Accountant to join our team as we continue to grow.
You will report directly to the Senior Accountant and be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, engaging with larger clients, and handling client inquiries.
This position provides autonomy and clear pathways for career advancement, including the opportunity to progress to a Senior Accountant role.
Initially, this is a full-time, in-office position, with the possibility of remote work once you are settled in.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting tasks and produce reports Work alongside the Senior Accountant on major client accounts Prepare work papers and manage client communications Acquire experience in compliance work, including Division 7A, FBT, and QBCC reporting Engage in client restructures and provide advisory services Skills and Experience:
A practical attitude combined with a strong dedication to learning and growth Proficient in Xero and XPM accounting software Knowledge of Division 7A, FBT, and QBCC reporting Willingness to admit mistakes and a proactive mindset toward improvement Actively working towards CA/CPA qualification (support provided) Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, provided they demonstrate the right attitude and technical abilities To Apply:
