About the role
As an Accountant or Intermediate Accountant, you will be part of a team responsible for a portfolio of clients as you assist with:
Preparation of financial statements and tax returns for trusts, individuals, companies, and partnershipsPreparation of ATO and client correspondenceAssisting on advisory engagementsProviding strategic outsourcing solutions to clientsDigital solutions for emerging businessesProviding exceptional client service What we are looking for
We are looking for someone with:
Prior experience in an accounting services firm preparing activity statements, financial statements, and tax returnsSolid foundation of technical skills in taxation and accountingFamiliarity with one or more accounting software systems, such as Xero or MYOBA passion for working with private businesses and familiesA growth mindset ready to learn from your fellow team members and our best in class training and development programsAn interest to further your career by completing the CA program with study supportExcellent written and communication skills Education requirements Business / Commerce degree with Accounting MajorCommenced or ready to commence CA or equivalent
