We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Accountant.
The Accountant plays a key role in overseeing the organization's daily accounting activities.
This includes maintaining general ledger accounts, assisting in the preparation of financial statements, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
Additionally, the Accountant supports audit processes, conducts financial analysis, contributes to the tax and accounting functions, and provides valuable financial insights to inform decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries and ensure compliance with accounting standards Prepare journals in accordance with DKSH accounting policy Record and process monthly transactions including issuing credit notes and debit notes Manage the Fixed Asset process in collaboration with the Business Units and overseas shared services Manage manual payment process including working closely with the shared service Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations Ensure timely completion of audit requests and related deliverables across internal and external audits Assist in Balance Sheet Reconciliation for country-specific General Ledgers Assist in the month-end process in collaboration with overseas shared-service Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA or CA qualification (or actively working towards it) 3-4 years of experience in financial or management accounting SAP S4 Hana functional skills preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level Experience with Hyperion reporting is advantageous Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail If you are excited about this challenging opportunity and eager to contribute to the growth and success of DKSH, please submit your application, including your CV and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and explaining why you believe you are the ideal candidate.
