Requirements Requirements The Role Maintain oversight of all accounting matters ensuring strong organisational discipline and controls over the general ledger and other accounting records are being monitored and maintained effectively;Statutory reporting for all businesses including but not limited ABS, BAS, IAS, FBT, annual financial statements, tax returns, payroll tax etc.Attend to all tax compliance responsibilities of the businesses as well as working with external advisors on tax planning processes and opportunities;Management of the AP and AR functionsDelivery of end to end payroll services ensuring compliance and are consistent with contracts, salary bands and/or awardManagement and analysis of insurancesProperty management reporting and analysisChampion process and procedure improvements across AP, AR, payroll and tax functionsRollout business initiatives/strategies from finance function The Candidate Excellent prioritisation skillsA results and data driven mindset, a self-starter that is excellent at multitaskingStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsMust be able to work and perform under pressureHave a growth mindset.
