The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general accounting functions, business support, forecasting, and tax compliance.
Experience and proficiency in PowerBi and automation tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps is a critical requirement for this role.
What You Will Do Responsibilities include, however not limited to: General Accounting Functions: Monthly financial reporting and trend analysisExternal Reporting and Data analyticsReconciliations of General Ledger and key systemsAutomation and simplification of tasks and functionsFinancial Business Support: Budget, forecast, and analyse divisional expenses and Working capitalProvide general business, accounting and internal control support for business partnersCredit and overdue / delinquent debt managementTaxation Compliance: Tax compliance activities including GST, FBT, Withholding Tax, Income tax etc.Quarterly Income tax calculations and reportingAutomation and simplification of tasks and functionsEnhance governance and controls of accounting and tax functionsOther Activities Collaborate with colleagues to support and enable the organisation to meet its goals and objectivesComplete all MyLearning training by the due datePerform other activities or adhoc projects assigned from time to timeWhat You Must Have Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or studying towards completion)Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA) is preferredProven experience in tax compliance, business forecasting, and general accounting functionsProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBi and automation tools such as Power Automate and Power AppsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to grow and develop functional and leadership skillsWhat You Can Expect Work autonomously whilst being supported, encouraged and being part of a trusted Global leading organisationExposure to upskill and develop in your roleFlexibility and opening doors to other opportunities and skillsetsJoining a collaborative team of likeminded individualsWe are proud to be a company that embraces the value of bringing diverse, talented, and committed people together.
