TAX SHIELD ACCOUNTING SERVICES is an accounting, taxation and business advisory firm that has been established in Perth since 2000. In that time, we have looked after a range of clients throughout Australia and overseas.
We are looking for a full-time accountant with a minimum of 2 years of experience. We shall provide wages between $73,000 - $85,000 depending on work experience. Our business is located in Balcatta, Perth WA 6021.
Duties to perform: Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure proper documentation. Assist in the development and management of budgets, monitoring expenditures and variances. Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws. Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy. Analyze financial data to identify trends, forecasts, and areas for improvement. Monitor costs and suggest measures for improving efficiency and reducing expenses. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Liaise with clients or management to provide financial insights and address inquiries. Job Type: Full-time
