This role will perform the daily activities for weekly and monthly AR processing and associated tasks in a timely and accurate manner. You will manage the booking, controlling and reporting of PPE/OPE.About the Role:Daily AR cash application for customer payments - Timely completion of cash application and invoicing in the AR module while ensuring accurate AR balances.Monthly OPE invoicing - Timely invoicing to customers, ensuring matches with our OPE commissioning list. Monthly OPE summary reporting and reconciliation to the FA system.Monthly OPE/PPE booking for all movements - Daily booking for all OPE/PPE related transactions to ensure updates are accurate and reconcile to the detail list at month end.Monthly CIP report submission - Timely and accurate submission of the CIP report to reflect CIP balance movement.Yearly stock taking of OPE/PPE.Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.What you will need to succeed:Intermediate to advanced Excel and analytical skills.Continuous Improvement experience highly regarded.Smurfit Westrock is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
