Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced individual who is qualified/part qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA to assist with the provision of year end and interim accounts and service charge reporting requirements for residential and mixed use Build To Rent and Block Management investment portfolios for a variety of Savills clients.Key ResponsibilitiesFormal Accounts Production for year end and periodic reportingFinancial Reporting - assisting Surveyors with the preparation and review of budgetsLiaising with Savills' Property Managers / staff and clients to meet varying requirements.Preparing Year End ReconciliationsInterpretation and reconciliation of new client data at the point of handoverIn addition to the tasks described above, you may be expected to carry out other duties as may be reasonably required from time to timeKey SkillsAttention to detail and highly numerateLogical approach to problem solving and ability to view bigger picture implicationsAn ability to manage multiple client workload to meet various deadlinesAbility to prioritise and manage own workloadService Charge Accounting awareness is a benefitIT proficient, with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel to perform required tasks.
