Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, this full-time role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. If you thrive in fast-paced settings and are eager to grow your career, this is the perfect role for you!What You'll Be DoingManagement accounting responsibilities:Performing end-of-month calculations, postings, analysis, and reporting.Conducting balance sheet reconciliations.Analysing revenue and reconciling related accounts.Assisting with bi-annual audits, tax preparations, and end-of-financial-year tasks.Financial Planning & Analysis tasks:Supporting various system configurations and implementations.Assisting with valuations, acquisitions, and divestments.Contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes.Gathering and analysing data and creating financial models.Preparing ad hoc reports for both internal and external stakeholders.Key characteristicsA proactive and adaptable individual who can switch contexts seamlessly.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.A passion for continuous learning and a growth mindset.Interest in technology, systems, and integrations, especially with tools like PowerBI.Qualifications & Experience3+ years' experience in accounting or finance roles.Working towards or completed CPA/CA qualification.Experience in hospitality or property industry is not essential but will be favourable.Intermediate or advanced MS Excel skills.Exposure to trust accounts, mid-tier ERP systems, Point-of-sale systems, and understanding of merchant services will be looked upon favourably.What's on offerOn-site parking for your convenience.Flexibility and a fantastic work/life balance.Enjoy various discounts at our pubs and hotels.Clear career progression paths with opportunities for rapid growth.Exposure to multiple industries, broadening your professional experience.Support for your ongoing studies and professional development.Ready to Join Us?If you're looking for a challenging yet rewarding role in a company that values creativity, innovation, and growth, apply today!
