Innovative, disruptive and wanting to leave a positive mark on the world, their work is doing just that and being recognised on an international scale.With offices throughout Australia and abroad, they are seeking an Accountant with architectural consultancy experience, to support the growth and development of the group's entities.Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day finance while supporting the executive, operation and project teams. This will include monthly, half-yearly and annual reporting for all entities, preparing accounts, cash flow and budget management, accounts management, monthly payroll and tax compliance.You will be required to attend and contribute to project meetings and you'll be managing the financial aspects of all projects, including AR, AP and banking.Essential Skills & Experience:CA or CPA qualified (or in-progress)5+ years of experience in a similar roleExperience in a mid to large scale Architecture/Construction companyProficient in Xero, with advanced knowledge of Excel and WordExposure to WorkflowMax would be highly regardedPrevious reporting experience in projects and contract worksKnowledge of contracts and commercial mattersKnowledge of statutory tax obligations (BAS, IAS, FBT, Payroll)Exceptional communication - written, verbal and listeningIn terms of personal attributes, you must be able to perform your recurring financial duties autonomously, demonstrate high levels of accuracy and be highly organised, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and long-term planning.
