The Opportunity 

The accountant will work collaboratively with the Finance team to deliver our Finance plans and objectives. You will also be responsible, along with other Finance Team members, for the preparation and reporting of the monthly Arrotex Monthly reporting, ensuring policies and procedures are maintained and followed, and ensuring a clean audit report.

Key Responsibilities Completion of monthly results within agreed timeframe, wholesaler SOH reptos accrual, Unprocessed wholesaler reptos accruals, customer pricing reconciliation accruals, and wholesaler Distribution Fee discount accrualsDetailed analysis on monthly wholesaler reptos movementsReptos Reporting and validationMonthly calculation of wholesaler distribution fee discountMonthly invoicing and SKU allocation of wholesaler distribution fee discountCoordinate with the Prune team and BI team to ensure wholesaler reptos data is uploaded to PowerBI promptlyEnsure data uploaded to PowerBI matches our expectationsAd-hoc reporting as requiredAssist with developing and aligning of financial policies, procedures, systems, and processes. 27th June, 2024 Accountant

Key Skills and Requirements  Minimum 3 – 5 years post-qualification experienceQualified or Partly qualified CA/CPA Tertiary qualification in Accounting and Finance or related discipline.Ability to resolve accounting and finance issues through research and analysisSufficient knowledge to perform recurring financial duties with a reasonable degree of independenceAbility to identify areas for improvement to ensure continuous improvementShow flexibility and the ability to work with a small, committed teamAbility to form strong relationships with key internal stakeholdersExcellent / Advanced written, verbal, and listening communication skillsDemonstrates high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, with a focus on quality in all work and activities.Strong Excel skills – able to analyse large quantities of data: data sorts, pivot tables, filters, etc.Excellent skills in Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms, etc.Previous experience using Microsoft PowerBI is preferred Benefits and Culture: Competitive remuneration packageFull induction and training program to set you up for success.Annual Bonus StructureFantastic team culturePurchased leave scheme.Paid parental leave.Benefits/discount platformNovated car leasingOpportunity to advance your career with a growing team and company.
