Due to our Finance team's rapid expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and self-driven Accountant to join our growing team.
Reporting into the Finance Manager, you'll be a star player providing hands on support for the transactional requirements of the Finance team. You will be highly organised, methodical and structured in your game plan to manage the day-to-day AP tasks whilst also being able to quickly pivot priorities as needed by your team.
Your key responsibilities End to end management of the Accounts Payable (AP) functionLead, coach and mentor the offshore AP team which provides AP support across the groupOwnership and management of Medius, the automated accounts payable softwareSupplier set up and maintenance on the AP21 system databaseManagement of all invoices which involves timely review, entry and reconciliation to statementsTimely and accurate processing of all paymentsTimely communication of payments, credit requests and other requirements with stakeholdersSupport the Finance Manager in completing Month End related tasks as required which can include completion of Monthly Agent Sales Commissions, Brand Loyalty reporting and end of month reconciliation for all brands and major suppliersSupport the Finance Manager to forecast cash flows related to the Accounts Payable sideAccurate and timely reporting to the Finance Manager and Leadership team of potential issuesIdentify and implement process improvementsWhat you will bring A graduate qualification in accounting or a related field2 years' experience in a similar roleSolid knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping proceduresProficiency in Excel and experience using accounting softwareExceptional attention to detail and strong time management skillsAbility to thrive in fast paced environments and multi-taskA team player mentality with a readiness to learn and growWhat we offer Competitive bonus schemeGenerous staff allowance and family & friends discountHybrid – 1-day WFH4pm finishes on FridaysPaid Parental LeaveA fantastic, hardworking, and fun work cultureExcellent Learning & Development opportunities to keep you on your gameEpic company and social events throughout the year to live and breathe the power of the leagues!About NAR Since 2012, we have been on a mission to passionately champion and commercially optimize every brand we represent.
