Your new company One of Australia's leading accounting firms are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Accountant to join their Business Services Team. This firm operates across the country and provide uniquely tailored solutions for a diverse range of clients. Your new role As an Accountant you will be responsible for a range of financial activities and will provide personal and tailored support to the firm's clients. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing financial statements, tax plans and tax returns. Handling correspondence with the Australian Taxation Office on behalf of clients. Provide insights into business performance with the support of detailed financial analysis. Preparing and reviewing month and quarterly business activity statements. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience working in Australian accounting firms is preferred. CA/CPA qualified or working towards qualification. Excellent communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Previous experience using Excel or Pronto Application.
