Qualifications & experience Qualified Accountant with at least 1 year of experience working in Australia.Proficient in using Xero, QBO and MS Office.Experience in public practice is preferred.Xero certification is preferred but not essential.Strong attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Tasks & responsibilities Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and super funds.Prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS).Perform end-to-end bookkeeping functions including employee payroll, PAYG withholding, superannuation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.Prepare business management reports.Attend to clients and take instructions.Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.Exposure to a diverse range of clients and industries.Flexible working arrangements.Financial support towards CA/CPA programs.Work in a small, passionate team environment.Work from home and remote working options available. #J-18808-Ljbffr
