Their climate-friendly products are playing a role in educating and improving attitudes towards environmental issues is an important topic in today's world.
The role consists of working 5 days per week, on an initial 2-month contract working closely with senior executives of the business.
The Challenge Reporting to the Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following: Complete month-end procedures in a timely and effective manner (including journals/balance sheet reconciliations) Assist with the year-end closure.
Leading the design of the key accounting processes, including systems/processes and key controls to achieve a timely, high-quality close.
Manage stock and inventory Development of accounting policies, take the lead on policy interpretation and application.
Assist with tax, statutory, and audit activities.
Continual involvement in process improvement initiatives across the group finance team The Expertise Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following: 2-5 years of experience in audit or business services within Big4 or Mid-tier locally or internationally.
Alternatively, you have 3-4 years of industry experience within a mid-sized business.
