They have an established strong corporate culture and are looking for an Accountant to join the team.
The Challenge You will report into the Finance Manager and work closely with the Director of Finance.
Your responsibilities will focus primarily around the below, however a concerted effort will be made to expose you to a broad range of responsibilities to assist your development.
Financial and statutory reporting including month-end, journal entries and assisting with the preparation of the management packs Preparation of the quarterly and monthly BAS Budgeting, forecasting and analysis including project analysis and feasibility studies Review of batch payments ensuring accuracy and property allocation of invoices The Expertise We view this role as being a great fit for an ambitious CA currently working in a Chartered firm wants to develop a long term career in Property & Construction.
You may have also already made an initial move from a CA firm and be interested in exploring roles in the Property & Construction sector.
Additionally, you may have commenced or plan on starting your CA / CPA in the short-term.
It is a given you have strong communication skills and motivated to progress your career.
