Job Description: As an Accountant at Saigon Express, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our restaurant chain. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Your expertise will help us make informed business decisions and contribute to the overall success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections. Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial records. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate financial data. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary tax filings. Collaborate with management to analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement. Maintain organized financial records in accordance with company policies. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA certification is a plus). Proven experience as an accountant or similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
