Duties: Ensure Business Activity Statements are completed accurately in line with timetableAttend meetings with the Directors and report on financialsAssist with preparation of FBT returnsEnsure Payroll Tax Returns are completed accurately in line with timetableEnsure month end procedures and preparation of monthly financial reports are completed in line with timetableAssist with External Audits as requiredAssist with preparation of Corporate and Project budgets as requiredEnsure Approved Supplier listing is maintained and kept up to dateEnsure the integrity of accounting data is maintainedMaintain and reconcile credit and debit cardsPrepare bank reconciliations as requiredOversee outsourced payroll functionEnsure payroll records are maintained and kept up to dateEnsure payroll is processed in line with company requirements and accuracy of data is maintained at the highest levelEnsure all payroll liabilities are processed within timeframes including superannuation, payroll tax, My Leave etcEnsure accurate preparation of weekly cash flow statementsAssist site project teams with reporting requirements as requiredYour Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is required, preferably in Construction.Bachelor's degree or equivalent.CPA or CA qualified with 10 years' experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
