THE OPPORTUNITY:
This is a key role for an experienced Financial Accountant who enjoys the challenge of managing finance within a project-based setting. Reporting to the Financial Controller and working closely with the Office Manager and Directors, you'll play a pivotal part in managing financial reporting, cash flow, and analysis across multiple projects. The role will allow you to apply your expertise in construction finance while developing systems and processes to support efficient and transparent financial operations.

SOME OF THE DAY TO DAY: Oversee project-based cash flow and financial forecasting Support month-end closing activities and prepare management reports Maintain the General Ledger, Fixed Asset Register, and ensure Balance Sheet integrity Drive variance analysis and provide insights into project performance Coordinate tax submissions and ensure compliance with statutory reporting Optimise financial processes within the ERP system and handle ad-hoc queries as they arise THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
You're an adaptable and driven accounting professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. You bring an eye for detail and a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights. Ideally, you'll have:
