Trust Accountant / Bookkeeper needed for Property Company on a full-time basis, located in Gosford.

We are a property management company based in Gosford.
The company undertakes serviced apartments, strata management, residential leasing sales and has been steadily growing their business over the last couple of years.
With a small team, their office sits close to the bus route as well as train lines.
Our office has a warm, friendly feel and the team is extremely supportive.
This is an office based position only. Your new role
Reporting to the Director, your responsibilities will include:
Account ReconciliationsTrust accountingDaily receipting of rental and other incomesGenerating monthly financial reportsPreparing month end alongside the DirectorAccounts payable & receivable dutiesWhat you'll need to succeed
You need to have a can-do attitude, a pride in the quality of your work, and an eye for detail.
You will also need:
Certification of Registration or willing to undertake.Experience with Trust AccountingStrong communication skillsStrong experience with MYOB is essential.
Experience with Strata Master, Agentbox, Console if possible.Australian citizenship and a right to workAttention to detail and strong organisational skillsWhat you'll get in return
