Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting)

Auskron is seeking an experienced accountant to manage the companies accounting and reporting obligations.

Duties:
Managing accounts payable and receivable Processing Payroll on a weekly basis including PAYG, superannuation, leave provisions, reconciling and reporting Maintaining accurate data in the accounting systems (MYOB) Month end reconciliations including bank, credit cards and purchases with all supporting information Lodgement of BAS Managing insurances Assisting with the Fixed Asset Register Preparing ad-hoc reports to assist management decision-making and operational efficiency Other duties as required Qualifications:
Must have a minimum three years' experience in a similar role Must have intermediate to advanced MYOB skills Must have accurate data entry skills Must be able to multi-task Tertiary qualifications or equivalent business experience in an accounting environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise and adhere to strict deadlines Ability to work effectively with a wide range of personalities to ensure efficient communication Your application will include the following questions:
