Accountant (Bilingual in Mandarin and English)

Are you a Mandarin-speaking finance professional with 5-6 years of experience in end-to-end accounting, looking to take your career to the next level?

Main Duties:

Maintain up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ledger entries, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
Issue invoices, reconcile bank statements, and identify discrepancies to uphold financial accuracy.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, budgets, and tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Generate insightful financial reports and analyses for management and regulatory authorities.
Provide critical support during audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
Monitor and track expenses, review employee expense reports, and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Conduct financial and variance analysis to identify trends, offering insights and recommendations to management.
Respond to ad-hoc financial information or analysis requests in a timely manner.
The Ideal Candidate:

Holds a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA, CA are advantageous.
5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a thorough understanding of financial principles.
Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, with familiarity with financial reporting standards.
Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and analysis.
Possesses excellent organisational and time management skills, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
