About the role: This position supports the Assistant Financial Controller in the management of the finance department and ensuring the integrity of the Hotels transactions and adherence to legislative requirements and labour laws.
To provide an accurate and efficient payroll service to hotel, and all team members across the business.
This role provides friendly, professional, and efficient service which meets all required expectations and Hotel standards.
Has a conscientious approach to their work and participates in projects as required.
What you will be doing: Provide efficient, courteous, friendly and professional information and service to all guests, clients, suppliers and colleagues.Assist colleagues and department heads with regard to accounts payable, following up to determine the source of the complaint or concern and resolution of the problem.Assist suppliers with payment and handle all complaints/concerns promptly and efficiently, following up to determine the source of the complaint and resolution of the problem.Take every opportunity to be a "salesperson" by actively selling special promotions and facilities available within the Hotel.Apply decisions to reach a win-win situation on behalf of the Hotel and the customer.Be knowledgeable of the Accor Hotels Accor Live Limitless loyalty program and provide appropriate soft benefits to our members to recognize our Loyalty guests.Actively recruit guests into the Accor Hotels Accor Live Limitless loyalty program.About you: Passionate about what you do, previous experience in a similar role, entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition, and high level of energy.
Strong personal integrity.
Hotel Operations background desirable, knowledge of Zambion (Ready Workforce), SUN and Opera Cloud preferable.
Award and EA InterpretationUnderstanding of state and federal legislation for tax, superannuation, long service leave and National Employment StandardsHigh volume data entry with strong attention to detailQueensland Police CheckSo, when will you be joining us?
