Responsibilities Prepare journal entries and conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations Resolve discrepancies between system and finance records, actively seeking solutions to minimize these differences Identify weaknesses in daily operations and implement process improvements Collaborate with various accounting stakeholders to ensure smooth monthly account closures and timely financial reporting Perform ad-hoc tasks and duties as required Requirements Degree in Accountancy/Finance. ACCA or CPA 4-6 years of relevant experience, including Big Four audit experience Hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment Team player with strong adaptability Results-oriented problem solver Effective communication and interpersonal skills Deep understanding of accounting principles Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently Working at Binance Be a part of the world's leading blockchain ecosystem that continues to grow and offers excellent career development opportunities.
