Customer Service Manager $90,000- $110,000 + Super | Chatswood NSW 2067 (Close to train station & Parking onsite)

The Role Oversee a team of 2 and ensure that team are effectively maintaining customer service standards.
Primary point of escalation for liaising with any service issues.
Generate reports from CRM and upload them to Excel.
Manage building maintenance, large orders, supplies, and vendor relationships.
Assist with general queries.
The Person Strong communication and customer service skills and/or call centre background.
Experience in managing people and handling high-volume operations.
Proficiency in generating reports from CRM systems and using Excel.
Dealing with escalations and the ability to diffuse situations.
Happy with working 5 days in the office.
