CIMIC Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time remote role that requires a dedicated individual who excels in providing exceptional customer service and support to our account management team. As an Account Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and supporting various account-related functions.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Assistance:** Provide prompt and professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries regarding account status, billing issues, and service offerings with confidence and clarity.
- **Account Management Support:** Assist the account management team with routine administrative tasks including account setup, data entry, and updates in customer databases.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex problems to the relevant department while ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
- **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, generate reports on service metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members to support account strategies and engage in team discussions regarding customer feedback and proposed improvements.
- **Training Participation:** Engage in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills, remaining adaptable to changes in company policies and services.
- **Cross-Functional Support:** Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, technical support) to ensure a streamlined customer experience and assist in initiatives that require account input or feedback.

**Requirements:**
- **Educational Background:** A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or account support role, preferably within the corporate or financial services sector.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software. Ability to learn new software applications quickly.
- **Personality Traits:**
