**Job Overview:**
As an Account Support Specialist at Kellogg, you will be a pivotal point of contact for our clients, ensuring the highest level of service and support. You will work from the comfort of your home, engaging with team members and customers to boost satisfaction, streamline processes, and enhance our overall brand image. Your energetic and confident demeanor will drive our customer relations forward.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Assistance:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide comprehensive product information and assist clients with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.

- **Account Management:**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely resolution of issues, and alert management of potential problems or trends.

- **Collaboration & Team Support:**
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and assist in the development of promotional initiatives.
- Collaborate with peers to share knowledge and best practices for enhancing customer experiences.

- **Decision-Making:**
- Utilize problem-solving and decision-making skills to address customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a swift resolution.

- **Reporting & Analysis:**
- Assist in preparing reports and analysis of customer feedback and trends to contribute to service improvement strategies.

- **Training & Development:**
- Participate in training and development sessions to stay up to date on product offerings and industry developments.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not mandatory.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in customer service, account management, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to quickly learn new software tools.
