Mirvac, a leader in property investment and development, is seeking a dedicated **Account Support Representative** to join our team remotely. As an Account Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of support and assistance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering strong relationships with clients through regular communication and support.
- Understand client needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance their experience with Mirvac.

2. **Account Management:**
- Assist in the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of Mirvac services and offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account details in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

3. **Issue Resolution:**
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical support) to resolve complex issues and provide clients with clear and timely updates.

4. **Ongoing Support and Education:**
- Guide clients through product features and facilitate their understanding of our services and systems.
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and identify potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

5. **Reporting and Analysis:**
- Prepare regular reports on account status and client feedback, presenting insights to the management team to improve services.
- Monitor industry trends and client needs to contribute ideas for product enhancement and service improvements.

6. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with team members to foster a collaborative and cooperative environment, sharing knowledge and resources as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning to enhance client support processes.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account management, ideally within the property or real estate industry.
- **Education:** A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools; familiarity with virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) is essential.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Motivated: Demonstrates a strong drive to achieve goals and improve client satisfaction.
- Confident: Displays assurance in decision-making and interactions with clients, contributing to effective relationship-building.
