### Job Description

Tractor Supply is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Account Support Representatives. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Support:**
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests related to accounts, products, and services.
- Provide accurate information regarding account status, order processing, pricing, and product availability.

2. **Account Management:**
- Maintain and update customer account information in our internal systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Monitor customer accounts for trends and proactively reach out to clients to provide assistance and foster strong relationships.

3. **Problem Resolution:**
- Identify issues within accounts and provide appropriate solutions, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team as needed.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer challenges effectively and efficiently.

4. **Sales Support:**
- Assist the sales team with account inquiries, including providing quotes and information on special promotions.
- Use negotiation skills to recommend suitable products and services that meet customer needs, enhancing their overall experience.

5. **Performance Tracking:**
- Maintain a record of customer interactions and follow-up actions, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Participate in weekly and monthly performance reviews and provide feedback for service improvement.

6. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with fellow team members to share insights and strategies for improving account support and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to team meetings and training sessions aimed at fostering professional growth and development.

7. **Continuous Learning:**
- Stay updated on new products, services, and changes in company policies that may affect customer accounts.

### Requirements

**Education and Experience:**
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service or account management is a plus but not required.

**Skills and Competencies:**
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on negotiation and persuasion.
- Effective people management skills to build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse customer base.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while meeting deadlines.
