eBay is seeking a dynamic and motivated **Account Support Representative** to join our remote customer support team. As a key player in providing exceptional service to our diverse clientele, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with account holders while assisting them in navigating our platform. ### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Support**: Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and effectively through various channels (email, chat, and phone) to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of eBay policies, procedures, and tools to provide accurate information and support to customers.

- **Feedback Collaboration**: Engage with internal teams to share customer feedback regarding platform improvements and suggest actionable changes to enhance user experience.

- **Documentation**: Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain records within the CRM system, ensuring follow-up actions are tracked and completed.

- **Team Contribution**: Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals, share best practices, and actively participate in team meetings and trainings.

- **Continuous Learning**: Participate in training and development programs to stay informed about new products, features, and changes in eBay policies, enhancing your personal effectiveness and knowledge base.

### Requirements

**Educational Background:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service or relevant field is a plus but not required.

**Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using computers and familiar with various software applications. Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
