Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Textron is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Account Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis for remote work in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an Associate level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in account management or customer support.

Responsibilities:1. Provide account support to clients through phone, email, and chat communication channels.2. Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective client support.5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients.6. Contribute to the development and improvement of processes and procedures related to account support.7. Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets set by management.

Requirements:1. Energetic and hardworking personality traits.2. Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.4. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
