Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

MGM Resorts International is looking for a passionate and resilient Account Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to work remotely from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Entry Level position, this role requires no prior experience, just a strong willingness to learn and grow within our company.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner- Assist with account management tasks, including data entry, updating client information, and generating reports- Collaborate with the sales team to support client retention and upselling efforts- Utilize problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the account management process- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure all needs are met and expectations are exceeded- Work closely with the Account Manager to ensure all client needs are met and expectations are exceeded

Requirements:- Passionate about customer service and account management- Resilient in the face of challenges and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions- Experience with project management is a plus- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent
