### Responsibilities
As an Account Support Officer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- **Client Communication:** Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information regarding their accounts.
- **Account Management:** Assist in managing and maintaining client accounts, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date. This includes processing bookings, changes, and cancellations as per the clients' needs.
- **Data Analysis:** Analyze client feedback and account activity to identify trends, issues, or opportunities for improvement, and present findings to senior team members.
- **Documentation Management:** Prepare and maintain necessary documentation including contracts, service agreements, and reports ensuring compliance with company policies.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to provide insights and support initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Support Team Initiatives:** Participate in team projects and contribute to the overall success of the department by sharing insights and supporting colleagues.
- **Training & Development:** As part of professional growth, assist in onboarding new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices related to account management.
### Requirements
**Education & Experience:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, account management, or administrative role preferably in the hospitality industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in a related field are a plus.
**Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is beneficial but not required.
